With more than 30 years in emergency response, my career has been built on a deep commitment to public safety. I began as an EMT, responding to 911 calls and gaining firsthand experience in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. Motivated to deepen my impact, I advanced to paramedic, delivering advanced life support in critical situations. That same drive led me to become a firefighter, where I worked for years alongside multidisciplinary teams, responding to everything from structural fires to large-scale disasters.

Over the course of thousands of calls, I’ve learned that in a crisis, there’s rarely a perfect solution—only the best decision under pressure. That judgment, forged through experience, has become one of my most vital assets.

Today, I bring that same operational discipline and leadership to my roles as a Rescue Specialist, Swiftwater Rescue Technician, and Safety Officer on FEMA Incident Support Teams (IST). I’ve deployed across a wide range of hazard zones, where I’ve continued to refine not only my technical skillset but also my mindset—focused on mission success while safeguarding personnel.

My mission now is to help organizations prepare for the worst and operate at their best—through safety training, compliance consulting, and hands-on risk mitigation rooted in decades of real-world experience.
